A little away from the palm fringed coastline in the northern regions of Kerala, are located the rubber plantations owned by the Company; situated in the Malappuram District , at Perinthalmanna.

As with tea and coffee productions, upto date technology has been employed to ensure that both yield and quality of the Rubber is high.

Adjacent to the Rubber plantation are located tracts of Coffee, Pepper, Coconut and other cash crops which add to the crop mix of the property of the Company.
