Building development is a totally new concept of business for the group and was commenced in 1988. The first building put up was Empire Infantry at Bangalore: an architecturally impressive structure which houses the corporate head office of Balanoor Plantations & Industries Ltd., amongst a host of other prestigious companies.

Its second venture was an apartment building on Benson Cross Road, Bangalore, known as "Fairfield", containing twenty residential apartments. Since then M. M. Housing and its associates have completed many projects in Bangalore and Chennai. With the increasing demand for high quality residential and commercial space the M.M. Group is constantly exploring the market for new proposal to further develop the growing metropolis of Bangalore and Chennai.
